THE ORIGIN OF THE LIFE EMPOWERMENT COURSE:
Ray Harris developed the Course twelve years ago.
Ray had a knack of being able to solve problems for people on a wide variety of aspects of life and he empowered them with unique ways of dealing with their issues and taught them some really unusual people and life skills.
As the word got around, many people came to him for advice and assistance on a regular basis. In fact, they became too numerous to deal with on an individual basis, and he also realised that he needed to present his skills and methods in such a way that many people could be taught at the same time – thus the Course was born.

Sharon-Dawn met up with Ray some ten years ago and joined him as his assistant, presenting the Life Empowerment Course, and is still doing so currently.
TESTABLE AND PROVEN RESULTS
Life presents us with many problems, situations and opportunities – each one is unique and complex and specific to the individual involved. Furthermore, this situation is made even more complex when one considers that each individual is unique in his or her own way,and has not only been coloured by their individual backgrounds but also influenced by a host of factors such as gender, family history, race, religion, traditions, the country one lives in, and so on.
Ray therefore wondered if there was some way, some 'formula', that could effectively deal with any and every problem, situation or opportunity that may arise, no matter what its complexity or uniqueness was. He discovered that indeed there was! Not only that, he also discovered a way to present it so that it would be easily grasped, and more importantly, he ensured that the principles of the Course were presented in a step–by–step sequence that would be easy to follow and apply to life.

The Course deals with every single facet of life and absolutely nothing is excluded. No matter what issues an individual might need to address, the Course provides definitive solutions.
From self-esteem issues, through dealing with people or painful /difficult experiences and events, relationships, success issues of any sort, even financial - one learns how to have, do or be anything they desire -without exception! Effective skills and methods,to enable one to master every conceivable aspect of self and life, therefore, are provided!

THE FORMAT OF THE COURSE:
The Course is designed ideally to be completed over a period of six months, for various reasons:
Firstly, Ray believes that one cannot change a life in a day, and that anyone professing to be able to do so, should be regarded with deep suspicion. He maintains that the shortest possible time to achieve this, is six months- provided that the student works with, and applies the principles.
He maintains that anyone wanting a 'quick-fix', should go to a magician – maybe they can help. But to the realists, six months is the optimum time required.
Secondly, sufficient time is needed to effectively examine, consider and test the information and skills.
Thirdly, 'life happens', and Ray knows that each student will be confronted with hundreds of distractions along the way, some of which are unavoidable.
As such, the course is split into six modules – ideally one per month.
THE PROCESS
The first step in the process is to sign on to the Course.
At this stage you will need to complete a questionnaire.
A comprehensive analysis will indicate which areas in your life require attention. It is important that you see where you are BEFORE starting the Course, as it will provide you with a marker from which to measure your progress.
After that, you commence with Phase 1 of the Course.
This Phase comprises a combination of video clips and text, as well as lists that you will need to complete. At the end of the Phase, you will be required to do some practical tasks, which mainly consist of testing the principles that you learnt, in your day to day life. As these tasks should be done over a period of no less than three weeks, a time-out block will ensure that no person tries to continue before this time has elapsed. At the end of this period you may continue with Phase 2.
To gain access you will need to answer a few questions online, regarding your 'homework'.
After completing these questions, Phase 2 will automatically open up for you and you will go through the same process again for this Phase. And so you will continue until you have completed all six Phases.
Each Phase has the facility for you to be able to download and print out the working documents.
At the end of the course, in addition to doing the 'homework ' for Phase six, you will need to complete an exam. The pass mark is 80%. If you attain this mark, you will have access to download a Diploma for your efforts!
This prestigeous Diploma can be included in your personal CV as it is proof of an excellent and unique skill.
After all of this, you will be requested to provide feedback on how the Course benefitted you and your suggestions. This is to provide prospective students with insight, as they will want to know what your view of the Course is.

Finally, this extensive Course is offered to you entirely free of charge.
An important factor regarding this, is that it is not only the disempowered, disadvantaged, or less privileged that have problems. Those in a medium income bracket, and indeed even the well off, struggle with issues just like anyone else. As such, the course will be open TO ALL!
However, as you will have made some tremendous strides in your life as a result of doing the Course, you may well want to make a voluntary donation to FOWLE in appreciation. If you decide not to make a donation, no–one will pursue you to try to extract money from you.
There are two reasons why it is important to offer the facility of voluntary donations to you:
Firstly, we have discovered that when people do not make any contribution for something they have received, they invariably do not place much value in it.

This project is set to become the largest of its sort to be presented on the Internet, EVER!
Placing the Life Empowerment Course on the Internet is a monumental task, since the Course is split into 6 Phases, each of which is lengthy.
With no way of knowing in advance what amount of funds will be forthcoming from donors, the F.O.W.L.E. Directors have decided to present THREE POSSIBLE WAYS FORWARD:
THREE POSSIBLE WAYS OF PRESENTING THE LIFE EMPOWERMENT COURSE TO THE WORLD
& RELATED AMOUNTS THAT FOWLE NEEDS TO RAISE TO ACHIEVE THEM
1. A low budget presentation,which will consist of text and animations only. The Directors of F.O.W.L.E. have already begun to gear up for this, and have made funds available for it from their own pockets. Even so, the amount required is still in excess of what they have donated. The reason our Directors have been so forthcoming with donations, is because every one of them has done the Course, and emphatically believes in the power of the Course to change the course of the World (excuse the pun).
The required amount for this presentation is a total of R85,000 or about $10,000 depending on the exchange rate at the time of donation.
2. A midrange presentation, which will consist of a combination of limited video clips, supplemented by words and animation. This presentation would be of far greater benefit to those doing the Course, and since F.O.W.L.E. is not letting the grass grow under their feet, our Directors have initiated the low budget presentation, in the face of no funding as yet.
Note that it is designed to be able to be adjusted and extended as the funds become available.
The required amount for this presentation is a total of R185,000 or about $22,000 depending on the exchange rate at the time of donation.
3. A high-powered presentation, which is the ultimate aim of F.O.W.L.E., which will involve the Course being presented through a majority of video streaming, a minimum of words and animation, since audio – visual always has a far better impact than just words. Also, as much of the Course presentation and its success rests on the personality of Ray, this would be far better facilitated through video presentation – almost as if he were giving the lectures himself. As stated, this is the ultimate aim of F.O.W.L.E., and the facility to jump from the low budget presentation, or the midrange presentation has been incorporated in anticipation of the financial support required from the World community.
The required amount for this presentation is a total of R585,000 or about $70,000 depending on the exchange rate at the time of donation.The course presentation will include video material, histronics, 'click – to – answer' questionnaires, extended explanations of the body of each Phase, including interactive capacity and animations, printable worksheets, homework entry points, master check sheets, grid logics, web links, and Diploma.
The time inhibitors included in the presentations also add complications from a technical perspective as quite a lot of technical input is involved.
Also, as it is not possible in the normal sense, for a few qualified individuals to answer questions from millions of students [there simply would not be enough time], nor feasible to employ sufficient qualified people to handle the volume, the Directors have found an admirable solution; to create a Blog site where students could help one another in clarifiying procedure. This site would include a list of 'Most commonly asked questions' which would be drawn from the blog site as we proceed, together with their answers.
THE NEED FOR & BENEFITS GAINED FROM A FOWLE CENTRE
The amounts required by F.O.W.L.E. to host the Life Empowerment Course as indicated above, is not the whole story....
Firstly, we would require a commercial premises from which to operate, which would either be paid for by F.O.W.L.E., or donated outright. The single most important factor here, is that certain Directors are carrying the costs of Headquartering the organisation, and of course, could not do so indefinitely.
Secondly, F.O.W.L.E. has another approach to the course, and it is this:
Since the people we wish to Empower, are the Disempowered, or the disadvantaged, if you like, it follows that those people do not own personal computers, nor can they afford to link up with the internet – it is simply out of their reach financially.
F.O.W.L.E. has an answer:
Once we have a commercial premises from which to operate, we envision installing a mainframe computer linked to a number of terminals within a training centre , where people off the street have access.
In other words, ANYONE who wishes to do the Life Empowerment Course, would be able to walk in, register, and start immediately at NO COST!
This means that one training centre could process about 10 people per terminal per day!
Presuming we had 10 terminals, that would equate to 100 people per day, or in a 22 day month, 2,200 people! In a year of 300 days (excluding holidays etc.), that would equate to 66,000 people!This is from one Centre only – imagine if we had training centres in every major city in the World!
Just going back to the number of 66,000 people; this is the number of people who would actually do the Course – the benefits however ripple outward to include people like their spouses, children, family, friends, co-workers, and every other person they come into contact with, whether on a casual basis or any other.
Suddenly the effects of those 66,000 people equate to a positive effect on over half a million people!
Think about it.
The costs of a Centre are difficult to quantify, since it would depend if there were enough funds to buy a Centre outright, or whether the Centre were to be rented, or whether a benevolent party would support a centre at no cost or at a low cost.
However, here are some projected costs:
Buying a Centre outright + - R2,000,000 or $240,000
Rental: R25,000 or $3,000 per month.
Training Centre Salaries: R80000 or $9,500 per month
Mainframe computer and terminals: estimated at R80,000 or $9,500
Office equipment: R35,000 or $4,000
Furniture & Fittings etc: R80000 or $9,500
OUR VISION FOR THE LAUNCH
We have extended invitations to numerous international high profile personalities and celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Sir Richard Branson, and a few others, as well as some local celebrities to our launch, in the hopes that the eyes of the World will be directed at us.
