The proceeds of such donations will be used to fund the SECOND PILLAR.
PILLAR TWO: PROJECTS
Monies generated by donations from the FIRST PILLAR (the LIFE EMPOWERMENT COURSE),
and secondly, through general DONATIONS from philanthropic INDIVIDUALS and CORPORATIONS.
All these funds will be pooled to be used in a very specific way:
Individuals, communities and environments that are experiencing severe distress, where there is a definite and urgent need for intervention to allay suffering by individuals, animals and the environment, will be identified by FOWLE, and then placed on a ratings' list so as to identify the highest crisis point possible.
These crisis areas will be carefully examined by FOWLE, and projects will be set up to allay these crisis situations, but in such a way that the end result is ALWAYS SELF-SUSTAINING; in other words, EMPOWERED, and will always result in a PERMANENT SOLUTION to the problem.
