MESSAGE FROM RAY HARRIS C.E.O. OF FOWLE TO ALL COMPANIES

We are all living in an extremely competitive world, where a flourishing business today, can be bankrupt tomorrow.

Most governments understand this, and provide laws to cushion the blows from international markets. Even so, Companies flourish or go under with remarkable speed.

Careful examination provides the reason; LACK OF VISION – EVERY TIME!

For example:In 1960, Ken Olsen, heading a computer firm called DEC, had the VISION to realize that small, limited power computers, that cost a fraction of the giant computers built by IBM, could be used for a variety of direct applications. This meant that instead of paying millions for a hulking mainframe from IBM, a limited processor, because of its focused applications, could be bought for a fraction of the price of an IBM mainframe. Ken’s VISION caused his company, DEC, to grow to a $6.7 billion company in 8 years! Furthermore, DEC maintained this market for 20 years… and then Ken made a mistake – despite being an innovator, he failed to see an approaching shift in market trends. In other words, he lost his VISION.The result? He was forced out of DEC, which took a serious dive, losing much of it’s market share.

IBM itself was another of these – a major company that although innovative, missed spotting the trend in technological changes at the beginning of the PC revolution. Without going into laborious detail, a certain Eugene Amdahl left the employ of IBM to begin his own software company. He had the VISION to produce computers that ran on the same systems and applications as those of IBM, but took advantage of new technology, which resulted in machines that were ‘plug’ compatible, and could outperform the IBM mainframes. Others followed Eugene’s lead, and the result was that they took IBM’s monopoly of the market away from them.

There are thousands of such examples, and they are the cause for most CEO’s to have sleepless nights. If not, they probably won’t be CEO’s for very long.

My partner, Sharon and I, had the VISION over 10 years ago, to create an effective Life Skills Course that would enable anyone to overcome ANY problem, personal or otherwise.

This will empower us to assist the unfortunate by providing sustainable, ongoing infrastructures.

The type of assistance we offer, by the way, will add to the dynamism of free enterprise, and thus ultimately, the marketplace.

The upshot is, for us to be supported/sponsored financially by companies, who have budgets for this sort of thing.

In order for us to obtain that support, we at F.O.W.L.E. need to make it attractive for them to invest in our projects. In short, we have to offer them something in return for their financial support. And boy, DO WE HAVE SOMETHING TO OFFER!

Firstly, we offer ASSOCIATION – A company Associating with us, and our good works, is going to get Free Advertising and Public Goodwill. This in turn will ensure the Public support them, as ‘Most Favoured Supplier’, be it services or merchandise.The best time to enter in Association with us, is of course AT THE OUTSET – where we are now.

Secondly, when we launch our Life Empowerment Course on the Internet, we aim to make a lot of ‘Media Noise’. Again, companies in Association with us, will reap the accompanying benefits, not just locally, but Worldwide!

Thirdly, we have a TRUMP CARD. This cannot be revealed at this time, but we can tell you what it will do!As most people know – the Advertising Industry is without a doubt, the most powerful and influential industry World – wide.At a certain time, we will launch a system that is going to turn the advertising world on its head!

Those who know me, will tell you I never bluff. If I say I will deliver, be sure, that’s exactly what I will do!
