PRESENTATION OF FOWLE'S FOUNDING PRINCIPLES.

The Foundation of World Life Empowerment is based on two main pillars which move away from the old way of charitable organisations and introduce a new, far more dynamic way of extending charity to the needy.

The old form of charity was to identify those in need, and to provide for them in one way or another.

This form of charity is viewed by FOWLE as 'BLACK HOLE CHARITY'In other words, this is a system where donations are constantly poured into the 'BLACK HOLE' of the needy. By this we mean that while the needs of the less fortunate may catered for to a point, it has resulted in those people becoming DEPENDANT on such handouts. This strips them of any pride in themselves, and in fact ENSLAVES them more securely than if they had been chained to a dungeon wall!

The new approach to charity being introduced by FOWLE, as our name suggests, is to EMPOWER the less fortunate.

• We create the necessary INFRASTRUCTURE.

• TRAIN OR EDUCATE these individuals to become effectively SELF-SUSTAINING, and thereby giving them a sense of pride and achievement, as well as ensuring that the endless BLACK HOLE syndrome of charity is nullified!

• This will ensure that charitable funds are used FAR MORE EFFECTIVELY.

• Where FOWLE sets up such self-sustaining systems, those systems will be MONITORED by FOWLE to ensure that they do not wither away by leaving people to their own devices. In other words, not only will people be empowered, but they will also be made to be ACCOUNTABLE.

• Furthermore, FOWLE recognises the fact that self-sustaining infrastructures need financial support from time to time to survive dips encountered during the permanent establishment during its early years, and FOWLE will provide this support.

• FOWLE'S innovative approach to charity is dynamic, ensures that funds donated produce measurable RESULTS, and that such results will be EXCELLENT and PERMANENT.

• FOWLE will also ensure that major donors are kept abreast of current projects, and also where possible, involved in such projects.

• FOWLE has every intention of being a HIGH PROFILE Foundation – one that will become a legacy to its founders, in the world, and able to continue on, long after the founders themselves have passed away.
